Ok gang. Final proposal is up in Blackboard. We've all had a lighter week than usual and I think we all needed it before this last leg. I am proud of each of you.
Let's all give solid feedback to our peers. Just use the same critical eye we have developed together over the last few weeks (and lifetimes), share our learning, draw direct comparisons and remember this is a conversation.
Critique of our work can be an emotionally charged event. Accept that it is a positive thing.We are safe to give and receive suggestion by listening and reading critically. It's not a nicety, we owe it to each other. That balance of thinking and feeling is what makes us a great team together and also a great class.
I know we have to jam some stuff out this week but try to remember that most of the work is actually already done.
